All orders placed through our website are subject to availability and acceptance.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if products are unavailable or if there are issues with delivery eligibility or payment.

3. Shipping Policy
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–7 business days.
Deliveries are available within the UK only and must comply with local laws.
A person aged 18 or over must be present to receive the delivery.
Fireworks cannot be left unattended or with anyone under 18.
If there are delivery delays or restrictions, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
4. Returns & Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of our products (fireworks and pyrotechnics), we cannot accept returns or exchanges once goods have been delivered.
This policy is in place for safety and legal reasons.

Please include your order number and photographs of any damage.
We will review your case and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
